Bedrock Psychology Group is a Northbrook, Illinois psychologist-led practice providing evidence-based therapy, and online counseling for adults, couples, and families struggling with anxiety, burnout, ADHD, trauma, relationships, and life transitions across the Chicago North Shore and online throughout more than 40 states.

Our team brings together PsyDs, PhDs, a licensed social worker, and a licensed clinical professional counselor, all working under a psychologist-led model that emphasizes rigorous diagnosis and personalized treatment.

Dr. Paul Losoff founded Bedrock drawing on his own background as a musician, a perspective that directly shapes how the practice approaches creative professionals, emotional complexity, and the intersection of identity and mental health.

Fees & Insurance

In-network. Sliding scale. Good faith estimates provided.

Bedrock accepts BCBS PPO and Aetna as in-network insurance plans. We provide monthly "superbills" that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend verifying your specific benefits prior to your first appointment.

Sliding scale fees are available for clients who qualify. We believe financial barriers should not be the reason someone avoids getting help. Call us before your first appointment and we will verify your benefits and walk you through your options.

Common questions

Where are you located? Do you offer telehealth?
Our physical office is at 910 Skokie Blvd, Suite 208, Northbrook, IL 60062, serving the North Shore including Deerfield, Glenview, and Highland Park. We also offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth across most PSYPACT states.
What is the process for the first appointment?
Once you contact us via form or phone, we'll schedule a brief (free) phone call to ensure we're a good fit. Then, you'll register on our secure client portal. Your first full session is a 50-55 minute intake, during which we'll review your history and discuss your goals.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours and we typically respond back within 6 hours. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please do not wait for a response; instead, call 988 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Do you provide ADHD testing or formal assessment?
We do not provide formal diagnostic testing or assessment at this time. Our ADHD work focuses on management, strategy, and emotional regulation for adults who already have a diagnosis or a strong clinical picture. We can refer you to evaluation resources if needed.
